<h3>Ingredients<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>1 lb pre-sliced baby portabella mushrooms (approx. 452 gm)<\/li>\n<li>2-3 tbsp. olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp balsamic vinegar<\/li>\n<li>3-5 cloves garlic, minced or pressed<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc tsp dried thyme<\/li>\n<li>1-2 pinches cayenne pepper<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc tsp salt, or to taste<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc 1\/4 tsp freshly cracked pepper, or to taste<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n                                                                                    <\/div>\n                    \n                                            <div class=\"content-block second-block\">\n                                                                                                <h3>Instructions<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F.<\/li>\n<li>Rinse the mushrooms, if necessary, and set aside.<\/li>\n<li>Combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, thyme, cayenne, salt and pepper in a bowl and whisk until evenly blended.<\/li>\n<li>Toss the mushrooms in this mixture until they are evenly coated.<\/li>\n<li>Place them into a 7\u00d711\u2033 baking dish and make sure the mushrooms are spread out in a single layer.<\/li>\n<li>Roast the mushrooms for about 25 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Remove from oven, sprinkle with the parsley and serve.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>**based on 2.5 Tbsp Olive oil, 4 cloves garlic<\/p>\n
